The short version
Both products help a sales team find a customer who will speak to a prospect. They start from different places. UserEvidence starts from customer evidence and the tools your reps already use. lyynx starts from the advocate and the reference library.
Everything this page says about UserEvidence comes from its public help center, checked on the date shown below the page. This page says nothing about UserEvidence pricing. Ask them for that directly.
What UserEvidence is built for
The UserEvidence help center is organized into three product areas: Evidence, Advocacy and References.
- Evidence. You create and send surveys, review responses (including an AI-generated survey summary) and turn them into assets such as testimonials, stats and charts, case studies and proof pages.
- References. Reps describe what they need in plain language and AI Reference Matching returns a ranked list of suggested advocates. A request can be created from a Salesforce opportunity or through a Slack workflow.
- Reference calls. The help center describes a guided flow in which the advocate receives an email and proposes three or more time slots, the prospect picks one, and a Zoom meeting and calendar invites are created. You can require a customer success or program admin to approve every request first, and a reward (points or a direct gift) can pay out when the call is completed.
Its integrations documentation has sections for Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Snowflake, single sign-on and gifting platforms, and it documents a REST API.
What lyynx is built for
lyynx is the advocate-first customer reference management platform for B2B teams. You keep a reference library of customer companies and the individual advocates at each one. Prospects you invite sign in to a branded portal, browse the references you have shared with them and request a conversation.
The design priority is the advocate's side of the arrangement:
- Each advocate sets their own engagement limit per rolling 30 days. At capacity, new requests route to your team instead.
- Each reference has a privacy level (public, approval required or private) and per-contact display controls.
- Once an advocate logs in, they own their profile fields. You ask for an update instead of editing them yourself.
- Advocates can revoke consent, and anyone can use the public listing check to see whether a vendor has listed them.
The honest gaps: lyynx is in a pre-launch pilot and has no published customer results. It does not run surveys or generate stat charts from survey data. Its connectivity is a REST API and outgoing webhooks, not a native integration with any CRM.

Choose UserEvidence if
- You want survey-driven proof points and reference management from the same vendor.
- Your reps live in Salesforce and Slack and should request a reference without leaving them.
- You want reference call status to sync back to the opportunity.
Choose lyynx if
- You want advocates to set and enforce their own limits, and to own their own profile.
- You want prospects to browse approved references themselves in a portal under your brand.
- You need per-reference privacy levels and published privacy and compliance documentation you can hand to a customer's legal team.
- You are comfortable joining a pilot and connecting systems through an API and webhooks.
What to ask in an evaluation
- Who can change how often an advocate is contacted: the vendor's admin, the advocate, or both? What happens to a request when the limit is reached?
- Can an advocate see and edit what is shown about them, and withdraw consent without emailing anyone?
- Where do your reps need to make a request? If the answer is the CRM, ask each vendor to show that exact flow.
- What does the prospect see, and do they need an account?
- What customer personal data is stored, where, and which documents (DPA, subprocessor list) can you review before signing?
- Ask for pricing in writing from both. Neither is quoted on this page.
